For dinner, I savored their set menu-each dish reflecting traditional Spanish flavors with a hint of innovative flair. I particularly enjoyed the artful presentation of the dishes that made the meal feel like a culinary journey rather than just dinner. As a wildlife conservationist, I often seek authentic experiences, and dining here felt genuine, surrounded by stunning courtyard views while enjoying meals together. An earlier breakfast option would have been preferable for a more seamless departure. If you're in need of a honest respite with delightful meals, this may just be your perfect stopover.
